[cma-l] Third sector strategy from the Department for children, schools and families

The Department for children, schools and families (DCSF -
http://www.dcsf.gov.uk/) has published its Third sector strategy and
action plan.

The strategy sets out DCSF's principles, pledges and commitments for
continued working with the third sector to help deliver the Every
Child Matters agenda.  In particular, it describes their plans to
achieve better engagement and partnership working, to improve
commissioning, and help to develop a healthy third sector.
