[cma-l] Employment Law change effective April 6th

Dear all

The Employment Law Act 2008 comes into force on 6th April 2009.

The main changes include a revised ACAS Code of Practice on Disciplinary 
& Grievance Procedures and the introduction of alternative dispute 
resolution mechanisms.

If you employ staff, then make sure you know the latest rules.
