What about tagging a "Community Radio Awards" ceremony on at the 
beginning, Hospital Radio do this very well and is on the whole 
sponsored by PPL (although that is a legacy of a deal done on the 
imposition of new charges) and is quite popular, this leading into 
Community Radio Week will be a massive publicity opportunity. This 
should be lead by the CMA.
