 Dear Colleague,

You are invited to attend an Ofcom stakeholder briefing on Phase 2 of our
Public Service Broadcasting Review, which will be published on
25thSeptember 2008. The event will be hosted by Philip
Graf, the Deputy Chairman of Ofcom; and the Director for England, Graham
Howell.

Also present will be some members of the Review team and there will be an
opportunity to put questions to them after a short presentation.

This phase addresses responses to our previous consultation, sets out new
research on the current model of public service broadcasting and the
challenges it faces beyond 2012, and sets out refined options for the future
delivery and funding of public service content.
