[cma-l] TV RSLs history.

Hello.

I've been trying to find a history, review or analysis of the experience of the local television RSLs of the late 1990s and early 2000s.  Surprisingly, this is proving very difficult.  Could anybody help me with this?  

I know about Roger Wilson's excellent book, 'Local Television' but this stops at 1994.

I would deeply appreciate any pointers that people could offer.
