Hi Roy, why not produce your own?

Listening to your output, it sounds like you are already producing ads etc.

Get the presenters/team members to record news items before and after going 
On Air or whenever they are in the building!

Edit and mix the resulting files in Audition or something similar. Local 
News with a local voice!
