Hi Karl

CD-Ripping is easily achieved using Nero. We have the same issue on our 
50 machine network, and using Nero is very easy, if a bit weird.

Nero also comes free these days with most new CD burners.

1. Open Nero: choose, create Audio CD
2. Choose More options - Save Tracks
3. Choose location to save and format. It has IMAADPCM too.
4. Access database and download titles.
5. Hit Go - Done.
