Press Release issued by WRN

WRN Launches Insight Radio on Freesat

WRN, the international London-headquartered TV and radio transmission
company; is pleased to announce that it has launched its client Insight
Radio onto the Freesat platform.

Following a hugely successful launch on Sky channel 0188 on the 27th
August 2007, Insight Radio is now available on Freesat channel 777.

Freesat is the new digital platform that launched in May 2008, providing
the first HD (high definition) digital TV and radio complete with
interactivity, all from one subscription, contract-free box. Freesat
makes HD TV available to 98% of UK households, some of which have
previously been unable to benefit from this technology due to coverage,
price or subscription contracts. To access all of these new channels a
new customer simply purchases a receiver from a licensed distributor.
Freesat provides its own EPG service, 'red button' functionality and
inter-viewer interactivity through a standard broadband connection.
Freesat set top boxes are able to record all programmes.

Insight Radio is the RNIB's radio station dedicated to the blind and
partially sighted community and is Europe's first radio station of its
kind. The radio station provides a unique mix of specially tailored
programming for its target audience - blind and partially sighted people
of all ages across the UK. Insight Radio also provides training and
employment opportunities and is staffed by some 14 full time staff with
up to 50 volunteers. The majority of staff employed by Insight Radio are
blind or partially sighted.

Insight Radio has recently been making headline news due to the fact
that one of their employees, Michael Hughes, is currently in residency
at the Big Brother House. Listeners in Glasgow and surrounding areas can
tune in to 101FM, while audiences across the UK, Ireland and Europe can
listen via SKY channel 0188. Insight Radio can also be accessed globally
via their website.

Ross MacFadyen, RNIB's Radio Services Manager who has been responsible
for coordinating the launch of Insight Radio across various platforms,
says: "Launching on Freesat moves Insight Radio up another stage to
becoming as accessible as possible across the UK. We're working hard to
increase the level of accessibility of this unique radio service and
welcome the chance to be available on new platforms. I am always on the
lookout for new and innovative ways to make Insight Radio available and
that work continues beyond our current options. It's not even a year
since we launched on Sky in the UK so to be on Freesat as well so
quickly is testament to the great working relationship we enjoy with
WRN, who once again have been exemplary in providing solutions to our
needs"

Sophie Wilson, Head of Sales and Business Development Manager at WRN,
says: "WRN is proud to have facilitated the launch of Insight Radio onto
Freesat and we look forward to continuing to help them expand their
reach across multiple digital platforms."

WRN is able to supply satellite uplink and capacity and EPG services for
Freesat and guide clients through the entire process of launching on the
platform.
