[cma-l] MCPS community radio production music discount

Hope someone can help?

Has a specific agreement been reached with MCPS for the use of 
production music for promos/idents for community radio licence holders?
I'm aware that they have a rate for RSL's - is it the same rate for 
community radio licence holders?
