10Radio is a Community Interest Company based in Wiveliscombe, Somerset
that
produces and broadcasts radio for the local community.  Having successfully
completed two months of broadcast in 2005 and 2006 10Radio has been
granted a
community radio licence by Ofcom, the industry regulator, to broadcast
on FM for
five years.  The target is to start broadcasting in January 2008.

Tenders are invited from consultancies or freelance workers with
experience of
establishing and operating social and/or media enterprises to help setup
10Radio
as an operational community radio station.

*Main Purpose of Contract:*
- To assist and support the directors and volunteers of 10Radio in
developing
the company as a broadcaster and social enterprise;
- To encourage and promote wide community involvement in 10Radio's
activities;
- To oversee the administration and setup of 10Radio and its broadcast
studio.

Tenders must be returned by 12 noon on Friday 5 October 2007.
