Hi Try using NVU

http://nvudev.com/index.php

Nvu is open source cross platform compatible and is available totally free.

One word of caution though .. always make sure your website works for visitors
with special needs and or different operating platforms.

What works on Windows and Internet explorer may look like a dogs dinner on Mac
Osx and Safari or worse still be inaccessible.
