It can be frustrating not being able to update your own website.
Dreamweaver's a good piece of web design software and you could get a copy
for £80 or so as a charity, but it can sometimes be difficult to update
something produced by someone else, particularly if you've had no training. 

You might be interested in some of the articles on the Community Radio
Toolkit website where we currently have a focus on community radio station
websites at http://www.communityradiotoolkit.net. You'll need to register -
free - and then take a look at "Spotlight On...". Hope you find it useful.
