[cma-l] Forthcoming Comm. Radio Licence Application Workshops

Following the invitation on the 10th October for community stations in 
the West and East Midlands and Lincolnshire to apply for a licence, the 
CMA is organising two community radio licence application workshops in 
conjunction with Ofcom.

The first event will be held in Birmingham on the 28th November 2007 at 
Aston FM. A further workshop will be held in Lincoln on or around the 
4th December 2007 (date and venue TBC).

The workshops will provide general guidance on how to complete the 
Community Radio licence application form and will include a presentation 
by Ofcom. There will also be an opportunity to briefly discuss issues 
arising with a member of Ofcom's Community Radio Team.

Further information about both of the workshops will be made available 
over the forthcoming weeks. However, if you'd like to provisionally book

There will be a small charge for each workshop which will be a maximum 
of £30 for non-members and £15 for CMA members.
